For a number of years traditional rare breed pigs, notably Gloucestershire Old Spots and Large Blacks, have been bred and reared at Long Crendon Manor providing sausages, bacon and all pork cuts: Posh Pork...To the Manor born.

The pigs are free-range outdoors on the well-drained hillside overlooking Thame to the Chiltern Hills beyond. Each paddock has ample shelter for the pigs to sleep in and avoid rain and wind (which they particularly don't like!) Grown to around 25 weeks, the pigs enjoy a stress-free life which is more than twice as long as a typical supermarket pig.

Specialising in providing sausages and specific pork cuts to local pubs and restaurants, all trade and individual enquiries are welcome.
